THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WELL

And on into the night she & J sat around with the Chips, the Black & Blues, Red Salsa and the Big Tortilla telling them all about the Name that we have in our world, that is above all Names. While G & J shared this, Red Salsa had workers lined up busy weaving four baskets of willow switch …. that the youngins could ride safely in…. So ended another day; they didn’t get very
far but got a lot of places. The Name was now
known at Mangoes End in Timbuktoo. And they
were so full of papaya and mangoes that they
couldn’t eat another single bite. J’s face
had turned rather orange with the stain of
them. So G & J
again spent the nite in the hammock under the
great old, old, old mango tree. Julio was wrapped
in furry bodies to keep him warm; Granma prefered
using the small horse bankets. ![]() (Click Here for Coloring Page) Mober and Pepper ran loose at night, but understood that in the morning, at the break of day, they would set out with a cargo of baby Chips AND G & J. Muff was trying to play with the Chips by snapping at them and throwing them in the air with her mouth. It's good they were rather flexible and blubbery.
